We have an ethnic cuisine kitchen in the midst of our green estate which is named as the ‘Bhela Ghar’. Bhela ghar is a temporary night shelter, used as a community feast hall, made of thatch, bamboo, straws. They are erected in open fields in the rural parts of the state are the traditional telltale signs of the harvest festival ‘Bihu’ – deep rooted at subcultural level and mirror religious significance.
Men and women devote time in building the bhela ghar, and also put their best gastronomical skills to test, focusing on the community feast on uruka night during Magh Bihu. So an ideal name for our ethnic cuisine kitchen to embody the spirit of feasting together. We serve delectable hearty meals from various communities such as Assamese, Adivasi, Nepali and Bodo. Must try for our guest during their stay.
