of 11.25 sq. kms. and is a breeding ground of large Whistling Teal.

Birds : 24 species of Birds - Kingfishers, Large whistling Teal, Lesser Adjutant Stork,
Spotted Dove, Pheasant tailed Jacana, Bronze winged Jacana, Indian River Tern,
Black Headed Gull, White Wagtail, Black Headed Oriole, Purple Moorhen,
Open bill Stork etc.
Aquatic species : Different species of indigenous fishes, frogs & snakes
